Basic Control Design

System Composition : RooFan+Differential Pressure Sensor

Main Controller & Flow Measuring Station(FMS)

  • The controller is installaed in the top floor and has built-in differential pressure sensors.
  • The FMS is inserted in the mainduct to the top floor in order to measure differential pressure.
  • The FMS measures the differential pressure and decides whether it will turn the fan on or off (Set Point COndition : differential pressure more than 3Pa). In condition that the fan needs to be on it will input power.

Option

A negative pressure sensor which is able to sense natural wind is installed in the lower part of the fan can cut the power when there is natural wind (Set Point Lower than 3Pa)

System Composition : Basic + Stack Effect(the lower part - Motorized Damper)

  • A negative pressure sensor in the lowest part is installed to measure negative pressure and a Sub-Controller is installed to operate the MD.
  • Sub-Controller opens the MD in the case that measured negative pressure is under the preset pressure.

System Composition : Control Part : Roof Fan + (PCB)

Main Controller

  • A 24 hour fan operating program is installed inside the main controller to turn the fan on and off.
  • The controller is installed in the top floor and the fan operating program of the PCB uses the ratio of water use which is announced by the Society of Air-Conditioning and Refrigerating Engineers of Korea.
